WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX combines both running and stations with endurance training. Competitors run 1 km and then do one endurance exercise, repeated eight times.
Each competition is held indoors in exciting environments around the world.
HYROX is suitable for professional athletes, new beginners and those who practice fitness and want to take their training to the next level.

At our HYROX workouts, we set up a workout that is tailored for tournament preparation but also if you want to stay in your best shape.
A lot of running, rowing machines, Ski-Erg, bikes, dumbbells and kettlebells are used.
