General terms of Nordic Training

1. General provisions

These terms apply to the purchase of a product or service on the Abler ehf website. id:660117-0670, which operates Sportabler. Buyer, according to these terms and conditions, is a person who buys a product or service from the Seller through Abler's web system. The seller (for example, a sports club), according to these terms, is the person who sells the product or service in question in Abler's web system. These terms and conditions are considered accepted upon the first purchase of a product or service.

2. Warranties and rights of return

Retailers (Company) are solely responsible for the quality of the products and services they sell through Abler's online store, and the buyer must seek a solution to their issues from the retailer. The same applies to the right of return. If the buyer believes that the product is not in accordance with the product description, he must seek a solution to his problems with the seller.

3. Information and prices

Prices in Abler's online store, in mails include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are also published subject to typographical, typographical and photographic errors. The seller and Abler reserve the right to cancel orders in whole or in part if the relevant product is sold out, damaged or defective. The seller must inform the buyer about all such as soon as possible, and possibly make a proposal for another product that the buyer has the opportunity to accept or reject.

4. Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are determined by Abler and appear on the website of the Abler online store. Abler draws special attention to the fact that these terms only apply to the Buyer's business with Abler. The Buyer's transactions with the Seller may be subject to other terms, set by the Seller, or jointly by the Seller and the Buyer, which will then be the basis if a dispute or dispute arises as a result of the transaction. Exceptions must be negotiated separately with the Seller. If the Buyer does not receive the product or service he buys and makes a claim within the stated time limits, the Buyer must seek a solution to his problems at Söludaila. Under no circumstances is Abler responsible for the quality of the products and services purchased and sold by the Seller through Abler's online store. The legal relationship is governed by the rules and terms that apply between the Buyer and the Seller.

5. Confidential Information

Abler pledges full confidentiality to the Buyer regarding all information provided by the Buyer in connection with the transaction. The handling of all personal information is in accordance with Act no. 90/2018 on personal protection. Personal information is stored in Abler's database. Only the owners and managers of Abler have access to them together with the Sales Partner as appropriate, but that information is never given to third parties. All processing of credit card numbers on Abler is encrypted and that information passes through Korta's home area. When the buyer confirms the purchase on the Abler webshop, an authorization is obtained for the relevant amount.

6. Payment distribution

It should be noted that debiting periods may vary depending on banks or types of cards.

7. Treatment of data

Abler's online store and database are for personal use only. Information from the website may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Data from the site may not be copied in whole or in part without Abler's permission. Copying means, for example, screenshots, printing or computer reading of data. It is not permitted to republish the site's content or use its content for resale without Abler's permission. Any distribution, republication or electronic copying of information from the Abler website for purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Abler.

It is not permitted, without Abler's written permission, to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, rent, lend, sell, market, publish or produce content based on Abler's database
• Reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to obtain Abler's source code
• Use Abler's database in such a way as to provide access to bulk downloads of information from the database, including numerical information and images
• Use Abler's database in part or in whole, for sharing with products and/or applications.
• Use information from the Abler website to create databases
• Abler reserves the right to collect a fee for work on data processing if information from Abler's database is copied and used for commercial purposes.
